Summary

NPI Atlas does not require an account and does not ask for personal information. The provider records shown on this site are public data published by CMS in the NPPES registry.

Information we collect

Like most websites, our server keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser user agent, requested page, time) for security and troubleshooting. Logs are deleted automatically after a limited period. Search queries you type are processed to show results and are not stored in a profile.

Cookies and advertising

We use Google AdSense to show ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

Analytics

Provider data

Provider names, addresses, phone numbers and license details are republished from the public NPPES registry under the Freedom of Information Act disclosure that CMS applies to NPI data. Providers can update their information at nppes.cms.hhs.gov.

Children

This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13.
